Job Description:

Manage utility projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and effective risk management throughout each project lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage multiple utility transmission projects from initiation to closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in utility or transmission projects
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP, CAPM, or CMII certification (preferred)
Proficiency in project management, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Working knowledge of scheduling, cost controls, and construction management
Strong risk management and leadership skills
Proven collaborative team member with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote)

Nice to have:

PMP, CAPM, or CMII certification
Experience in utility or transmission projects
