Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
A minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing industry within a background from the malting, brewing or similar related industry is preferred
Fluent in Amharic and English

Job Responsibility

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and Safe Work Permit procedures
Operate and monitor utility plants (boiler, WWTP, chemical dosing systems) efficiently, safely, and economically
Monitor parameters, gauges, chemical, oil, and water levels
record hourly readings and prepare daily reports
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, cleaning, and annual maintenance programs
Maintain quality standards in WWTP operations in coordination with QA and SHE teams
report and act on deviations
Ensure availability and proper use of chemicals, materials, and spare parts as per specifications
Maintain housekeeping, 5S standards, and sustainable practices for water, energy, and waste management
Support emergency callouts, shift work (24/7 operation), and perform other duties as assigned
