You excel in this role by combining strong technical expertise with a consultative, client-focused approach. You are highly analytical and comfortable working with large, time-synchronized data sets to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes related to power quality, system losses, and grid performance. You proactively collaborate with client grid personnel to understand system history, priorities, and constraints, allowing you to deliver practical, prioritized recommendations rather than just technical findings. You communicate complex electrical and engineering concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, helping clients articulate issues to large power users, regulators, and funding stakeholders. Through clear reporting, confident presentations, and a focus on actionable solutions, you consistently help clients move from data to decisions that improve reliability, efficiency, and overall grid performance.
