Job Description:

Utility Cleaners play an important role in hotel functions across departments, supporting cleaning needs, upholding quality standards, ensuring professional appearance, and performing assigned duties to contribute to the guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing clean linen and spotless dining ware for guest use
operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools
transporting dishware or linens across the hotel.

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
adhering to quality expectations and standards
developing and maintaining positive working relationships
supporting team to reach common goals
listening and responding appropriately to concerns of other employees
reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period
reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
performing other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
