Coca-Cola HBC is looking for Utilities Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all plant utilities, including water, compressed air, steam, boilers, chillers, HVAC, wastewater treatment, and power systems, to support continuous production and sustainability targets.
Job Responsibility:
Lead daily operation and monitoring of all utility systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
Ensure utilities availability in line with production requirements and quality standards
Analyze utility consumption (water, energy,) and drive optimization initiatives
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for utility equipment
Ensure timely troubleshooting and root cause analysis for utilities-related breakdowns
Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve system reliability
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies
Lead safety risk assessments, permits, and lockout/tagout activities related to utilities
Drive safe behaviors and submit regular BBS observations
Lead initiatives to reduce Water Usage Ratio (WUR), energy consumption, and carbon footprint
Track utility KPIs and report performance versus targets
Support sustainability and environmental audits
Lead, coach, and develop utilities operators and technicians
Manage shift coverage, competency development, and performance feedback
Promote a strong We Over I culture across the utilities team
Support utilities-related CAPEX and OPEX projects
Participate in CI, TPM, and ManEx initiatives
Drive continuous improvement using problem-solving tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
5–10 years of experience in utilities operations within manufacturing/FMCG
Strong knowledge of boilers, compressors, chillers, water treatment, and power systems
