Utilities Foreman

• Effectively lead, manage and motivate crews of 5 to 6 individuals
• Interpret job specifications and details
• Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the job
• Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs
• Demonstrate an understanding of all areas of underground utility construction, replacement and installation
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

• 2-3 years of previous field leadership experience
• Natural Gas experience is a plus but not necessary
• Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials
• Cooperate with division leadership and understand individual job needs
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation required
