Job Description:

Part-Time Usher position for ASM Global/Sames Auto Arena. The role involves providing excellent guest service during events, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and assisting guests with seating and information.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be on time and in a clean, presentable uniform
  • Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner
  • Escort guests to their seats when possible
  • Inspect assigned area prior to an event for cleanliness
  • Check each ticket thoroughly for date, section, seat, and row number
  • Receive and act upon complaints from guests
  • Keep aisles clear of people
  • Politely inform guests where smoking is allowed
  • Notify supervisor of spills or accidents
  • Contact supervisor immediately if a guest has unauthorized contraband and resists a polite request

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must
  • MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD TO APPLY
