Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event information
Responsible for scanning guest’s tickets as they enter the building
Escort guests to their sections/seats, and monitor aisles / steps in assigned section to be kept clear and compliant with fire codes
Enforce facility policies (i.e., no smoking, no re-entry)
Proactively approach guests that may have a questions, difficulty, or complaint. Creatively resolve guests' troubles up to the level where intervention by a supervisor is required
Identify and respond to emergencies, involve Security or Supervisors as appropriate
Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency
Requirements:
Good Communication skills required
High school diploma or GED preferred
One-year prior experience in customer service position preferred
Be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for duration of shift
Ability to stand for long periods of time required
Must be able to climb stairs in restricted lighting
Ability to move quickly from one area to another in a safe manner
