Job Responsibility:

  • Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event information
  • Responsible for scanning guest’s tickets as they enter the building
  • Escort guests to their sections/seats, and monitor aisles / steps in assigned section to be kept clear and compliant with fire codes
  • Enforce facility policies (i.e., no smoking, no re-entry)
  • Proactively approach guests that may have a questions, difficulty, or complaint. Creatively resolve guests' troubles up to the level where intervention by a supervisor is required
  • Identify and respond to emergencies, involve Security or Supervisors as appropriate
  • Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency

Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One-year prior experience in customer service position preferred
  • Be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for duration of shift
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time required
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restricted lighting
  • Ability to move quickly from one area to another in a safe manner
  • Stay calm under pressure
