As a User Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding user needs and enhancing user experience through effective research.
Job Responsibility:
Research Planning: Identify research needs and select appropriate methods for projects. Develop and present comprehensive research plans outlining study goals and methodologies
User Engagement: Conduct user research activities, such as preparing discussion guides, creating information-gathering artifacts, and facilitating user research sessions
Data Analysis: Analyze findings from diverse research activities, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations that inform design and strategy
Visualization: Use diagramming, journey mapping, and storyboarding to illustrate user experiences, helping stakeholders understand end-to-end service interactions
Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and strategic insights to stakeholders clearly and confidently, ensuring recommendations are tailored to the audience's interests and knowledge
Requirements:
Proven experience as a User Researcher (UX), preferably in public services or through consultancy roles, where research has informed data-driven business decisions
A strong track record of designing and executing effective research plans that meet project objectives
Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering insights and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across various departments and backgrounds
Familiarity with the government sector and active SC clearance is highly desirable
