Job Description

This role is primarily focused on managing customer product, SELECT, fulfilment and invoicing. In addition, the potential candidate will work with the Bentley Sales to maximize Bentley’s revenue opportunity in Japan through effective management and administration of SELECT contracts.

Job Responsibility

  • Order processing - release Quotation to Order or Contract, order change in Salesforce and Workday to trigger fulfilment and billing/invoicing customer
  • Contract Management - administration, review, and analysis of contracts to ensure compliance with contract specifications, company policies, and government regulations
  • Entering contracts into system and maintaining customer pricing information, SELECT contract renewal, quotation, billing and cancellation in Salesforce and Workday
  • Coordinating the delivery of product, fulfilment documents and invoice to customer
  • Day to day handling order/contract fulfilment issues, like customer credit block, license issue (create or reassign the related to case to licensing support or related group, coordinate with licensing support group or related team figure out option etc)
  • Ensuring effective communication with Sales team, Channel Management team, Renewal team and the downstream functions, like Account Receivable (Collections) and TSG(Technical Support Group and licensing support group) to enhance the efficiency and quality of work
  • Support and implement the global process
  • Data clean-up in Salesforce regarding license issue, Business Partners, etc
  • Monitoring key business reports and provide value-added service to Sales team via regular reporting
  • Other jobs assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • BS/BA in Management, International Business or equivalent related business experience
  • At least 5 years of Order Management, Contract Management experience is desirable
  • Experience in Salesforce, Workday and CRM & SAP, or an equivalent ERP
