Job Responsibility

  • Drive Market Growth: Develop localized growth strategies for key countries and regions
  • Collaborate with content, PR, and advertising teams to plan and execute localized user acquisition campaigns, including ad content, social media operations, and offline event support
  • Regularly review and analyze market data to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance based on user behavior insights
  • Local Content and KOL Collaboration: Plan and execute KOL collaboration projects to generate high-quality local video content and increase topic engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, managing collaboration timelines and output quality
  • Initiate creative and viral social content challenges or joint campaigns to enhance regional brand visibility and engagement
  • User Conversion and Engagement: Support participation in local gaming, design, and 3D industry exhibitions or offline events to improve brand awareness among target user communities
  • Collect and document user success stories to strengthen user trust and community credibility
  • Follow up on user feedback to facilitate continuous content and product improvement

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in market growth management
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English
  • proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus
  • Strong goal orientation, excellent project ownership, and execution capability
  • Familiarity with social media content dynamics, KOL collaboration models, and high sensitivity to growth metrics
  • Understanding of developed markets’ cultures and experience with localization strategies
  • Deep interest in AI, 3D, gaming, or design, with a good sense of content aesthetics
  • Experience managing MCNs or interns is a plus
