Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our clients team in Southfield, Michigan. In this role, you will design innovative and user-friendly experiences across web, mobile, and interactive platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and visual appeal. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that meet user needs and align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify challenges and opportunities, ensuring designs address user needs and enhance overall experience
  • Develop prototypes, wireframes, and visual mockups using tools such as Figma to bring concepts to life
  • Create consistent and responsive designs for web, mobile, kiosks, and other interactive platforms
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to align creative vision with technical execution
  • Perform usability testing and integrate feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain style guides, design systems, and best practices to ensure cohesive branding and design standards
  • Stay informed about emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative ideas into projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
  • equivalent work experience may also be considered
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, including work on web interfaces, mobile applications, and interactive platforms, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Experience conducting user research, journey mapping, and creating wireframes
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with some onsite presence required in Southfield, Michigan
