Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our client in Philadelphia. Financial Services industry experience is required. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of web and mobile applications. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless and engaging digital experiences for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

Develop intuitive user interfaces and workflows for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards
Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver high-quality designs on schedule
Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital technologies
Optimize designs for responsiveness across multiple devices and platforms
Utilize AB testing to assess design effectiveness and implement improvements
Provide design assets and guidance to developers during the implementation phase

Requirements:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of web and mobile application design principles
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Knowledge of usability testing methods and AB testing practices
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong skills in CSS and front-end design optimization
Ability to ensure brand consistency and incorporate brand awareness into designs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
