We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. Job Responsibility:

Design user interfaces and experiences that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate ideas effectively
Apply UX principles to optimize workflows and improve the overall functionality of digital products
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design approaches
Analyze user feedback and data to refine and iterate on designs
Maintain consistent branding and design standards across all projects
Provide guidance and support to team members on UX best practices
Work effectively within project timelines to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

Proven experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer or similar role
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
Excellent understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design strategies
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
Experience in creating and presenting wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred
