We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Chicago, Illinois. Job Responsibility:

  • Design user interfaces and experiences that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate ideas effectively
  • Apply UX principles to optimize workflows and improve the overall functionality of digital products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design approaches
  • Analyze user feedback and data to refine and iterate on designs
  • Maintain consistent branding and design standards across all projects
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on UX best practices
  • Work effectively within project timelines to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design strategies
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in creating and presenting wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred
