User Experience (UX) Designer

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries using advanced Figma techniques
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to support user testing, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
• Design intuitive digital experiences that comply with industry standards, including regulatory and medical guidelines
• Transform scientific and clinical information into easily digestible layouts and user flows
• Collaborate with creative, medical, and strategy teams to ensure UX solutions align with brand messaging and objectives
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and refine design concepts
• Deliver comprehensive UX documentation, including wireframes, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and information architecture
• Balance creativity with compliance to produce visually compelling and medically accurate digital solutions
• Adapt to fast-paced agency environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Drive user engagement across omnichannel campaigns, patient support platforms, and branded digital assets

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly within pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
• Strong skills in wireframing and creating interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with industry standards such as Veeva and other regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into user-friendly designs
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and medical professionals
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Adobe XD and other design tools is a plus
