User Experience (UX) Designer/Writer

• Perform minor edits and updates to website content, ensuring alignment with company branding
• Collaborate with the sales team and VP of Marketing to draft and finalize digital copy
• Manage digital assets and maintain web content using tools such as Builder.IO
• Assist in improving user experience by implementing design changes and enhancements
• Support the marketing team with occasional digital marketing projects, but mostly web related projects
• Work closely with freelance developers and senior designers to execute design strategies
• Ensure all digital updates are consistent with the organization's goals and standards
• Conduct regular reviews of website functionality to identify areas for improvement
• Provide input and assistance in developing marketing campaigns

• At least 3 years of experience in UX design or a related field
• Proficiency in Builder.IO
• Strong skills in web content management and digital asset handling
• Familiarity with copy editing and digital content creation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week on a consistent or flexible schedule remotely
