Job Responsibility:

  • Design user interfaces and interactions for mobile applications and integrated digital experiences
  • Translate research insights and product requirements into clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished final designs
  • Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, quality assurance, and product managers to ensure design integrity and quality throughout the development lifecycle
  • Partner with user experience research to iterate on designs based on valuable user feedback and rigorous testing
  • Maintain and evolve comprehensive design systems and documentation, ensuring cohesive and inclusive experiences across all user touchpoints
  • Champion best practices in accessibility and usability design principles, making experiences accessible to all
  • Support strategic planning and the successful delivery of long-term initiatives
  • Present compelling design strategies and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, influencing key decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related field
  • 7+ years of dedicated experience designing mobile applications
  • A proven track record of leading end-to-end design for successful consumer-facing digital products
  • Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with engineering and quality assurance teams in Agile environments
  • A strong portfolio showcasing mobile application design, integrated digital experiences, and robust design system work
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and structure through organized, actionable design steps
  • Comfort presenting and facilitating discussions with senior leadership
