As a User Experience Executive, you will be part of a design team delivering best-in-class user experience solutions across TUI’s responsive, multi-national web portfolio, enabling customers to find and book their dream holiday through engaging and straightforward experiences. You will work collaboratively with UX colleagues, designers, and developers in an Agile environment while maintaining effective relationships with key business stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the DX team in practicing iterative, user-centred design
collaborate on building wireframes and prototypes across mobile and desktop breakpoints using appropriate tools
learn techniques and tools for problem solving
identify solutions to reduce complexity and share findings
validate and optimize ideas
collaborate with design colleagues to deliver effective end-to-end design
share ideas and progress through design reviews
support the sharing experience on new design techniques, tools and methods
understand customer needs and behaviors of multi-national customers
contribute to user-centred tools such as personas and journey maps
collaborate on digital research and keep updated on customer insight
support the delivery of optimization tests to increase conversion
Requirements:
Minimum GCSE grade 4 or C in English and Maths
commitment to completing a placement year as part of third year at university starting in 2026
degree subject ideally in a creative subject such as Fine Art or Design
analytical approach to solving problems and creating solutions
bringing innovative ideas and insights
ability to engage and collaborate with others
natural drive to achieve both individual and business results with a commercial focus
great communication skills
strategic thinking

passion for business technology and interest in the travel industry
