This team builds and modernizes internal and external-facing tools used by engineering, operations, suppliers, and manufacturing partners worldwide. This is a hands-on opportunity for a UX Designer who thrives in complex, systems-driven environments and enjoys translating ambiguity into clear, intuitive user experiences. Job Responsibility:
Rapidly create detailed process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate intricate interaction behaviors
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements, leveraging empirical data, usability findings, market research, and established user-centered design principles
Evaluate and enhance the performance of new and existing features through active participation in usability testing and analysis of analytics data
Present design concepts and solutions to design teams, product stakeholders, and leadership, fostering constructive feedback and alignment
Contribute to the evolution of user interface design and development best practices and standards, elevating the overall design maturity of the organization
Provide thought leadership and innovation in the realm of web application design and user interface solutions
Requirements:
3-6 years of industry experience delivering impactful interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
Proficiency in a variety of industry-standard design tools
A compelling online portfolio showcasing past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions
