Job Description:

The UX Designer will lead end-to-end design across connected TV and streaming platforms, with a focus on innovative interactive ad experiences and playback across Sports, News, VOD, and live programming. This role partners closely with product, engineering, research, and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to bring scalable, user-centered solutions from concept through launch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design end-to-end streaming experiences for connected TV platforms, including interactive ads and playback
  • Translate customer insights, market data, and usability research into intuitive, business-driven solutions
  • Define user journeys and requirements in partnership with product teams
  • Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI specifications for engineering handoff
  • Present and iterate on designs with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and measurable impact
  • Contribute to a strong, craft-driven design culture focused on innovation and results

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing digital products, preferably within streaming, media, entertainment, or connected TV environments
  • Proven experience designing for TV apps or large-scale streaming platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking, interaction design, and high-quality visual execution
  • Experience designing interactive ad experiences or monetization-driven features is highly preferred
  • Expertise in creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and data-informed design decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, research, and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with multiple concurrent workstreams
