Robert Half's client is looking for a UX Designer for a 100% onsite, 7-month contract that is highly likely to extend. This role will help unify the experience across a portfolio of multiple interconnected web applications supporting robotics planning, supply chain operations, and resource management. This role focuses on creating a consistent, scalable user experience across systems while enabling seamless cross-platform workflows.
Job Responsibility
Drive UX/UI standardization across multiple applications (navigation, patterns, interaction models)
Design seamless cross-system experiences between internal tools and enterprise platforms
Balance flexible front-end UX with structured, validated backend data flows
Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to inform design decisions
Translate complex requirements into clear design narratives for stakeholders
Improve user onboarding experiences to reduce training overhead
Build and maintain a design system for consistency and scale
Partner with engineering to enhance UX metrics and performance outcomes
Contribute to UX planning for platform unification efforts, including standardizing data presentation and aligning experiences across frontend and backend systems.
Requirements
4+ years of UX design experience in web or enterprise environments
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Experience with enterprise applications and support models
Proficiency in Figma (plus Framer, Balsamiq, or InVision)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git/GitHub
Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted design workflows
Understanding of how frontend experience design connects with backend data validation, system constraints, and integrated enterprise environments.
