Job Description:

We’re working in partnership with a Health Public Body on a significant long-term programme. Throughout the lifecycle of this work (and other wider public sector work we have), we anticipate needing support from experienced User-Centred Design Practitioners across a range of disciplines. The volume of UCD support needed is currently being reviewed, so, for now, we’re inviting expressions of interest from individuals who would like to be considered for when opportunities arise.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a UCD Practitioner in a Multidisciplinary project setting
  • Experience working on GDS (Government Digital Service) projects, or the NHS standard equivalent
  • Experience in the UK public sector
  • Experience working on health-related projects or services

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Leadership or mentoring experience (for Senior/Lead roles)
