As a UA Manager at SciPlay, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the user acquisition strategies for our portfolio of games. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, product, and creative teams, to drive UA efforts and maximize user growth and engagement across various platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute UA strategies to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth for SciPlay's games in international markets
Perform daily analysis and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, ad networks, search, and other acquisition channels, aligned with KPI targets
Collaborate with creative and game teams monthly to design various ad creatives and promotional materials tailored for different regions to improve performance
Collaborate with different game teams to identify opportunities and plan localized offers for these markets
Identify user acquisition opportunities, trends, and adopt industry best practices in global markets to stay ahead of the competition
Be proactive and provide recommendations for new sources or different UA strategies, including strategies for profitability, aiming for team’s growth
Manage relationships with external partners to leverage their overall expertise and expand our UA efforts
Provide and present regular reports and presentations on UA performance and insights to stakeholders and management, focusing on activity trends and performance
Participate in monthly strategic budget planning for the activities managed
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the mobile gaming and digital marketing industries in international markets
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in mobile user acquisition for apps in international markets (mandatory)
Experience in gaming is highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and best practices in user acquisition, with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau
Proficiency in using mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and ad networks (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok)
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
Passion for gaming and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written (mandatory)
