Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage large-scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, Applovin and other ad networks by data-driven decisions
Define user acquisition strategies and ensure campaigns are fully aligned with HubX’s growth objectives
Mentor and guide junior/mid performance marketers, fostering a culture of learning and experimentation
Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights to produce new key creatives
Collaborate with product managers and data teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Build and optimize advanced campaign structures, audiences, and automation flows
Drive creative strategy by partnering with the design team, providing data-backed insights, and testing new creative angles
Own the marketing analytics pipeline: ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and interpretation of campaign data
Present actionable insights to leadership and influence decision-making at the company level
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging channels, and adtech innovations to keep HubX competitive globally
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related fields
5+ years experience at marketing department in a digital marketing position (At least 2 years of experience in specifically Mobile Apps & Gaming industry experience)
Proven track record of scaling UA campaigns across multiple international markets
Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok
Expertise in Google UAC & Search, FB App & Web Ads, Tiktok App & Web Ads
Expertise in mobile attribution tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze complex datasets
Experience in budget ownership and optimization at scale
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Team-work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded
Outstanding analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and strength in data analysis
Creative, practical and solution oriented
Advanced command in verbal and written English
