Ira BMW of Stratham is part of the rapidly growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with customers in our Service Department, offering purchase values and presenting trade-in options, with the goal of encouraging them to sell or trade their vehicle
  • Ensure all customers are treated with courtesy and respect, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate daily sales and production records as required by dealership management
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product changes, updates, and new offerings to ensure knowledgeable interactions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Demonstrate behaviors that align with the Company’s core values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or equivalent (required)
  • Experience with equity mining tools (e.g., Automotive Mastermind) is a plus
  • Strong ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude

  • High-energy personality with a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
