Job Description:

We are looking for a talented person with meticulous attention to detail to carry out the preparation of used tractors and farm machinery ready for resale at our Holmes Chapel depot.

Job Responsibility:

  • Washing, degreasing, and polishing of the tractors and machines
  • Carrying out small repairs, electrical and mechanical
  • Refinishing, preparation and respraying, touching up paintwork, etc.
  • Basic checks, fluid levels, greasing checking for missing items, etc.
  • Final polishing and valeting
  • Maintain a clean work environment, and assists with overall workshop organization

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Familiar with manufacturer’s products
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends on a rota basis
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Passion for agriculture machinery
