Job Description:

Vertu KIA Bradford – Used Car Sales Manager. At Vertu KIA Bradford, we are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Manager to join us! We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus company car and company benefits. You will have the opportunity to earn beyond this level for overperformance. Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives and Business Managers. You will offer regular coaching, robust management, and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst always ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the procurement of used car stock, balancing value and mix, and the presentation of stock both physically on the forecourt and online. We are looking for a highly talented, experienced Used Car Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor retail sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives and Business Managers
  • Offer regular coaching, robust management, and constant customer interaction
  • Serve and support team to sell used vehicles with add-on products, finance and insurance

  • Load and execute documentation related to all retail transactions
  • E-signing and E-contracting are required whenever applicable
  • Ensure deal structure meets bank approval guidelines & terms, LTV, Back-end allowance, Contract rate, Bank fees, etc., prior to contracting
  • Confirm and verify proof of insurance with customers, insurance agents, prior to contracting
  • Confirm and verify trade payoffs prior to contracting customers when applicable
  • Obtain and handle customer deposits/downpayments according to company policy and process
