Job Responsibility

Lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction
Serve and support team to sell used vehicles with add-on products, finance and GAP insurance
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales
Uphold highest ethical standards
Drive a culture of responsible business practices
Deliver right products and services to meet customers needs, protect them from harm, encourage long-term loyalty
