Job Responsibility

  • Lead the testing and evaluation of new AI tools, ensuring they are user-centric and meet the evolving needs of internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing tools and contribute to the strategic enhancement of employee-facing solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights on user opinions, behaviors, and pain points related to internal applications

Requirements
