The USA Family Care and Disability Program Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of RISE, Foster Support and USA Disability programs and projects. This role involves coordinating activities, managing logistics, communicating with volunteers, church communities and other stakeholders, and working in tandem with the USA Field Manager, ensuring that program goals and deadlines are met efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Assist USA Field Manager in planning, organizing, and executing program activities and events
Build strong relationships with volunteers, team members and other key partners
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications among team members, volunteers, partners and other stakeholders
Track program progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for management
Support data collection, evaluation, and reporting on program outcomes
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and volunteers to ensure smooth program delivery
Identify and resolve logistical or operational issues as they arise
Requirements:
must demonstrate alignment with Kingdom Workers' Statement of Faith
be able to work in a collaborative way with USA Field Manager
ability to participate in a work environment that fosters open and honest two-way communication
ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time, while working on multiple projects simultaneously
must possess strong communication skills
be comfortable with the use of technology, Kingdom Workers’ volunteer databases and other software platforms
be encouraging and supportive of volunteers in their service at Kingdom Workers
have proven ability to work cross-culturally while building relationships and working collaboratively with others
must be a member in good standing with a church formally affiliated with the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Conference
valid passport, or ability to obtain one, required
