Job Description:

We are looking for hands-on operations manager to own and lead US wholesale partner operations end-to-end, ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable execution from sell-in through to invoice. This role is accountable for orderbook integrity, OTIF performance, EDI and vendor portal compliance, chargeback prevention, and revenue protection across the US wholesale business. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics/DC, IT and the ROW Wholesale Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence, simplify complex workflows, and support profitable growth within a highly regulated retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own operational delivery for a portfolio of US wholesale partners, ensuring SLA and compliance adherence
  • Manage the full order‑to‑cash process, including PO accuracy, changes, cancellations and reallocations
  • Oversee EDI and vendor portal compliance, routing guides, labelling and required documentation for US retailers
  • Prevent and resolve chargebacks through accuracy, compliance, root‑cause analysis and partnership with Finance
  • Lead US go‑to‑market readiness: NuORDER setup, samples, imagery, calendars, pack compliance and ship windows
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Merchandising and Supply Chain to align operations with forecasts and trading
  • Identify and escalate operational, compliance and financial risks
  • drive resolution across teams
  • Deliver operational reporting (sales, stock, OTIF, compliance and chargebacks) and lead continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in US wholesale operations or US retailer compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of EDI and vendor portals
  • Hands-on order-to-cash experience in a wholesale environment
  • Strong NuORDER or equivalent B2B platform capability
  • Advanced Excel and operational reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills across time zones and stakeholders

  • Experience with complex US routing guides and department store partners
  • Exposure to ERP/WMS systems and BI tools
  • Understanding of cross-border shipping, duties and lead-time risk
