Job Description

Our client is a Private Equity backed large European focussed accountancy firm. With offices scattered across the UK and mainland Europe the firm has an impressive portfolio of clients not too dissimilar to what you would expect to see from a Big 4 firm. Due to continuing growth, an opportunity has arisen to join the groups US/UK Private Client tax team as a tax manager who will focus on working with American entrepreneurs and their complex tax affairs. You will deliver bespoke tax compliance and consulting services for their high profile and diverse client base. You will be heavily involved in advisory engagements and business development. The wide variety of work and diverse range of prestigious global clients should give the successful candidate a hugely satisfying role.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise US/UK tax clients in connection with their tax affairs
  • Manage a comprehensive client list, provide line management and to make a significant contribution to the operational success of the Firm
  • Make a direct contribution to the achievements of the performance targets, aims and objectives of the business
  • Management team duties including department work planning, appraisals, and directly guiding more junior team members on both technical and day to day matters

Requirements

US tax qualification such as CPA/EA are essential
