We here at I.T.S. are currently working with a Top 10 Accountancy firm in London who are searching for a US/UK Tax Director to assist in the growth of their US/UK Private Client Tax Practice in 2024 and beyond. This firms rapidly growing Private Client Team manage funds, businesses and trusts of individuals, families and entrepreneurs. Alongside solving a constantly evolving range of technical challenges, working in this team means building strong relationships with individuals so you can become their trusted advisor and oversee their tax affairs in line with what they want to achieve as an individual or business. The ideal professional for this opportunity is comfortable working pro-actively and managing their own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively. This person would be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with. This firm is specifically interested in speaking with someone who has extensive experience in signing out tax Forms 1040, 1040NR, 8858, 5471’s/ 8865, 3520’s as well as a strong understanding of CFCs, Subpart F income, GILTI and the potential election planning that can be done to mitigate these factors. Along with a wide experience with the use of the UK/US treaty in detail around business profits, compensation, pensions. This opportunity would require an Enrolled Agent license as being either or ATT/CTA qualified. This opportunity comes with a competitive salary and benefits as well as a clear track to Partnership.
