Requirements:
7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the U.S. insurance industry
Demonstrated track record of success in selling to or partnering with insurance carriers, insurtech companies, or insurance service providers
Deep understanding of the U.S. insurance ecosystem, including P&C, Life, or Health segments, depending on your product fit
Existing network of senior-level contacts (e.g. CIOs, CTOs, Innovation Leads, Heads of Digital) within mid-sized to large U.S. insurance companies
Experience in delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations (e.g. Guidewire or similar), Underwriting workbench, digital solutions, data, process automation
Proven ability to initiate and lead conversations with C-level decision-makers and build trust-based relationships
Strong consultative sales skills — ability to understand client needs and position solutions accordingly
Cooperating with regional manager on developing market strategy, including identifying key targets, crafting value propositions, and refining outreach approaches
Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, meetings, and industry networking events

Experience creating thought leadership content such as articles, webinars, or presentations
