Job Description

As we continue to revolutionise the jewellery experience, we're looking for an Operations Manager to lead the evolution of our U.S. fulfilment strategy across multiple channels. Driven by our values, you will ensure our operations scale with purpose, precision, and heart, optimising processes and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences as we grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee manage, and develop our US fulfilment team, fostering a high-performing, value-driven culture
  • Deliver e-commerce fulfilment within SLA, with an unwavering focus on service excellence
  • Embed robust operational processes to support smooth, reliable, and scalable fulfilment
  • Lead the launch and ongoing delivery of retail stock replenishment for our growing portfolio of US stores
  • Manage a fit-for-purpose returns solution that is both efficient and customer-friendly
  • Implement value-added services for the US market as required, continuously looking for ways to improve service, streamline operations, and elevate our customer experience
  • Support the growth of wholesale opportunities by building and scaling new fulfilment capabilities
  • Conduct inbound receiving, stock takes, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Review site capacity and lead future relocation planning over the next 18 months and beyond as well as leading on potential future projects such as engraving and sterilisation
  • Balance the delivery of BAU processes with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking to innovate and adapt in support of evolving business needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, or operations, ideally within e-commerce or a retail environment
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle daily execution and future planning
  • Confidence in managing stock, inventory systems, and warehouse workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Experience managing people, you care about growing and supporting your team
  • Comfortable working independently whilst staying connected to a wider global operations team
