Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible for recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & C2C). Hiring for Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, Supply Chain Management, Senior Accountant, Project Manager, Director roles etc. Responsible for sourcing/recruiting from different Job boards – Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva, etc. Job Qualifications- Minimum 6 months experience in 360-degree recruitment experience. Experience working on VMS/ MSP requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure. Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
