Blockchain.com is seeking a highly entrepreneurial and strategic Country Growth Lead, for the United States to Grow revenue in-the US. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, this role acts as the functional lead of the market — responsible for growing active users and revenue locally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years in business development, strategy, operations, or general management
  • Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or technology-driven sectors is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones and market conditions
  • Willingness to travel to lead on-the-ground efforts and build local relationships
