Job Responsibility

Set and execute litigation, pre-litigation, and enforcement strategies
Drive litigation management including early case assessment and steering external counsel
Handle regulatory matters and coordinate responses to government inquiries
Work with HR to ensure compliance with labor and employment legislation
Investigate and resolve claims from Equal and Fair Workplace Policy
Work with liability and crisis management teams
Implement matter-management metrics and executive reporting
Collaborate with insurance team
Manage junior lawyers and coach regional generalist lawyers
