As a US Launch Specialist, you will be central to the hands-on setup, coordination, and support of new Starship operational sites. This role requires operational focus, on-site management, client engagement, and expertise in training and documentation to guarantee a best-in-class launch experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage configuration and set up for launches
Oversee all on-site activities: mapping, store/area assessments, hub set up, and live deliveries (remotely or on-site)
Deliver site-specific communications and support to clients
Liaise with internal departments to make sure the set-up of the sites meets the requirements
Coordinate and track all activities to meet timelines and operational standards
Monitor store performance and operational metrics post-launch
Identify and escalate performance issues requiring management intervention
Document lessons learned and process improvements
Support continuous optimization of live operations
Support Launch Manager with project coordination and execution
Manage advertising partner communications and onboarding
Coordinate deployment and sampling campaigns testing activities
Track implementation timelines and post campaign data
Provide administrative and coordination support for strategic initiatives
Prepare launch reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
Manage project documentation and process standardize
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (operations, finance, partnerships)
Support logistics and troubleshooting for launches and early operations
Track all launch tasks, monitor milestones, and ensure feedback incorporation
Organize in-store training and onboarding for clients and staff
Create and update training materials and documentation
Continuous process updates and reviews
Requirements:
Experience in hands-on operational roles within technology, logistics, or field deployment
Strong organizational, planning, and site management skills
Clear communication and client-facing experience
Training and documentation ability
Adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and process orientation
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Operational planning and process improvement
Multilingual skills as a bonus
Regular travel across various campuses, cities, and industrial sites in the US or Canada (Travel required 50-75%)
Flexibility to travel on short notice and spend extended periods on-site
Physical requirements: Office work
Movement ability to frequent usage of wrists, hands and finger dexterity to movements such as constant typing
Comfortable with standing for long periods of time
Occasional lifting of items with weight up to 70 lbs
