Job Description

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully managing both technical and functional hiring requirements for direct clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sourcing, screening, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of US tax terms and hiring processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner directly with US clients to gather and understand hiring needs for both IT and functional roles
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and client expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers
  • Negotiate terms with candidates while ensuring compliance with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax regulations
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and build long-term relationships with prospects
  • Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to hiring managers or account teams

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of US IT recruitment experience, preferably with direct clients (not through vendor layers)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both technical and functional hiring roles
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment tools
  • In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and hiring practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
