Job Description:

Bright Vision Technologies is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in our Hyderabad/Noida office. The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for C2C roles using various sourcing platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find the right candidates
  • Leverage an existing strong vendor/implementation partner network to quickly fill open roles
  • Thoroughly vet candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying documents
  • Identify and reject fake resumes and forged visa documents effectively
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and consistently meet submission goals
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and vendors for ongoing requirements
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform under tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
  • Strong experience working on C2C positions and understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
  • Well-connected with a strong vendor database and experience working with direct clients and prime vendors
  • Proficient in using Boolean search strings, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS systems
  • Proven ability to identify fake resumes and forged visa documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
