We are looking for a mid to senior level US IT Recruiter who is a fluent English speaker and eager to learn recruitment processes. Candidates having 5 or more years with strong communication skills looking to grow in the IT staffing industry.
Job Responsibility:
Source and screen candidates for various IT roles
Assist in interview coordination and candidate engagement
Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain candidate databases
Learn and adapt to recruitment best practices and tools
Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs
Requirements:
Candidates with 5-8 years of experience
Candidates with extensive experience in sourcing/placing on W2 tax term
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment
