Job Responsibility:

  • Administering all components of the grant cycle for U.S. grantees
  • Managing the grantmaking database
  • Developing and maintaining custom dashboards, reports, and analytics
  • Tracking spending and budgeting for U.S. grantmaking efforts
  • Providing technical assistance to grantees
  • Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with grantees and stakeholders
  • Creating clear, concise, and insightful written materials and presentations
  • Assisting with event planning and other foundation-wide functions

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of grants administration experience
  • A bachelors degree is required
