Job Responsibility:
Administering all components of the grant cycle for U.S. grantees
Managing the grantmaking database
Developing and maintaining custom dashboards, reports, and analytics
Tracking spending and budgeting for U.S. grantmaking efforts
Providing technical assistance to grantees
Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with grantees and stakeholders
Creating clear, concise, and insightful written materials and presentations
Assisting with event planning and other foundation-wide functions
Requirements:
2-5+ years of grants administration experience
A bachelors degree is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and timeline for deliverables
Creative and innovate thinker, passionate about advancing the organization's mission
