Job Description

We are seeking a US Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements in the United States. This role is responsible for supervising technical teams, managing client relationships, ensuring project execution, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee project delivery for US-based client engagements, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Supervise technical teams, including consultants and technical supervisors, ensuring performance, accountability, and quality standards
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide status reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, employment compliance, and applicable regulatory standards
  • Support workforce planning and operational alignment across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or consulting leadership roles
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing technical teams
  • Experience delivering IT or consulting services in a US client-facing environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
