We are currently working with one of our most reputable clients on their search for a US Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing and thriving US Corporate Tax Team. This opportunity is in place to provide U.S. corporate tax advisory and compliance services to entrepreneurs, start-up, scale up and mid-cap companies in a broad range of industries. With a specific focus around leading the initial business development process from the firms’ inbound leads, and overseeing the completion of 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1120-F, 5471,5472, 8858, 8865 and 926 forms. This role would be best suited to a US Tax professional based in London who has the ability to work with prestigious clients who require complete confidentiality; taking ownership for financial management of the portfolio, WIP management, billing targets and cash collection and participate in developing and pursuing new clients including preparing for, attending meetings and drafting follow up correspondence whilst supervising and developing junior staff. Our client is specifically interested in speaking with candidates who hold a CPA or EA License with at least 10 years’ experience with U.S. corporate/partnership compliance and have experience working with U.S. tax rules relating to controlled foreign companies, passive foreign investment companies, FIRPTA, and partnership taxation. Job Responsibility:
