Our client is a global tax advisory firm who specialise in providing software, managed services, accounting and tax services to US multinational corporations across the globe. The organisation has become the world leaders when it comes to helping company’s manage their international growth. With offices in the heart of London the firm offers it’s employees a great working environment, lots of autonomy to “get things done” and a supportive culture. Due to continued demand for the firms services they currently seek to hire a US Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager for their London office who has a breadth of knowledge and experience as it relates to US business inbound and outbound scenarios.

Job Responsibility

  • Play a pivotal role in helping direct and shape the future of the firms US international tax group in London as well as other European cities
  • Involved in the development of new initiatives, strategies for acquiring new clients and the general development of the team

Requirements

  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients including public and privately-held companies with respect to US tax inbound and outbound matters including US tax filing obligations
  • Experience drafting and coordinating technical tax opinions on financing structures and liaising with colleagues in the US on tax technical matters
  • Experience advising clients on US international tax matters including interpretation and application of tax treaty benefits, dual consolidated loss regulations, entity classification regulations, domestic reverse hybrid regulations, FIRPTA and Branch Profits tax rules
