Our US Analyst program is designed to immerse participants in the day-to-day activities of the Global Markets Division which is comprised of Sales and Trading. Participants are assigned to specific teams and are also afforded job shadowing opportunities across the division. In an effort to provide the participants with a well-rounded experience, the curriculum will include, but is not limited to, the following: Collaborate with senior and junior mentors; Complete assigned projects; Participate in formal training; Attend speaker series, networking and social events. Global Markets Sales (GMS) covers Financial Institutions (FI), corporate clients and group entities. The FI sector focuses on Banks, Insurance, SSA, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. The FI Solutions Sales team is a cross-product team that works to service bank, insurance, and distributor clients with a variety of bespoke financing, liquidity, hedging, and investment products.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting in the origination, marketing, and execution of transactions for the Cross-Asset Distribution and Financial Institutions Solutions team
Support senior salespeople on all tasks including: Pricing and execution of transactions including structured notes, secured financing, and derivatives
Creation of term sheets and marketing materials
Strategic analysis and industry research
Working with bank and insurance clients to develop and execute bespoke solutions
Shadowing opportunities which include: collaborating with senior and junior mentors
completing assigned projects
attending meetings
giving presentations
participating in formal training
attending speaker series, networking and social events
Developing expertise in structured financial products and financing and risk management of financial institutions
Requirements:
Completed undergraduate degree by May 2026 and can start in Summer 2026
Candidate must be eligible to work in the US
Candidate must not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future (including F1, OPT, CPT)
Major in economics, finance and/or STEM field
To be FINRA registered (Series 7, 63, SIE) after start date
Internship in finance or related field
Understanding of financial products and markets
Passion for financial markets
Expertise in MS Office and Bloomberg
Strong analytical and financial skills
