Our Analyst program is designed to immerse participants in the day-to-day activities of the Global Markets Division which is comprised of Sales, Trading, Debt Capital Markets and Securitization. Participants are assigned to specific teams and are also afforded job shadowing opportunities across the division. In an effort to provide the participants with a well-rounded experience, the curriculum will include, but is not limited to, the following: Collaborate with senior and junior mentors; Complete assigned projects; Participate in formal training; Attend speaker series, networking and social events
Job Responsibility:
Assist trading desk with support and trade entries
PnL reporting and reconciliation of positions
Collaborate directly with traders to ensure accurate pricing of products
Gradually get involved in the execution of transactions and risk management of the book
Requirements:
Recent Alumni or soon to be graduates with a graduation date between October 2024 and December 2025
Candidate will not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future
Minimum GPA of 3.5
Available to begin working ASAP
Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Level of minimal experience: 0-2 years

Strong proficiency in Python is required, along with solid programming skills and experience across core coding concepts
Enthusiasm for financial markets and investment banking
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
