Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Accounting processes, QuickBooks, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Strong knowledge of US Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, including bookkeeping, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, payroll processing, budgeting, and troubleshooting accounting discrepancies
  • Experience in AP, AR, and general ledger accounting
  • Knowledge of standard business contracts such as MSAs and SOWs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
