Job Responsibility:

  • Build and scale a national enterprise sales pipeline across the United States
  • Conduct product demos and educate the market on why Endra exists and the value of its platform
  • Identify internal champions within each account and proactively enable their success
  • Map and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations
  • Own pipeline generation for yourself and your team - this role requires full accountability for building demand
  • Establish and grow relationships with the largest MEP design engineering firms in the U.S.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical MEP design engineering
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Revit
  • Strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset
  • Systems-oriented, first-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
